Generate and qualify net-new leads for enterprise and mid-market accounts through targeted outreach, research, and qualification calls. Maintain CRM data, set meetings and demos for Account Executives, engage senior executives, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve processes and pipeline conversion.

Manage a portfolio of US enterprise accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Act as a technical advisor on Scandit products and SDKs, lead discovery, build demos and code snippets, support integrations, run workshops/QBRs, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes.

The Customer Success Engineer will manage key US enterprise accounts by driving adoption, providing technical guidance, and facilitating solutions integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
