Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for supporting enterprise sales of identity governance and security solutions. Duties include technical discovery, presentations, RFP responses, proof-of-concept delivery, customer consultation, opportunity management, product feedback, and collaboration with sales, product, marketing, and bid teams. The role also mentors Solutions Engineers and requires expertise in identity security, cloud platforms, DevOps, AI technologies, and technical communication. Boston Metro preferred; remote work with up to 40% domestic travel.

The Sr. Director, Business Development will lead complex OEM partnerships and strategic pursuits, managing multi-million dollar commercial agreements, negotiations, and joint business strategies with top-tier partners.

Lead intake, scoping, and delivery of RevOps and Salesforce initiatives. Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage mid-sized projects end-to-end, ensure data integrity across systems, identify process improvements, prioritize requests, and act as primary stakeholder contact to drive scalable, maintainable revenue operations solutions.
