Leads Sarepta’s commercial training and capabilities function by developing long-term training strategy, scientific and disease-state education, stakeholder communications, and innovative delivery methods. Oversees national and regional training meetings, virtual HCP engagement training, promotional review compliance, MLR submissions, consultative selling models, and program impact metrics. The role partners cross-functionally to support rare disease commercial teams and communicate complex gene therapy and RNA technology concepts.

Promotes Sarepta’s neuromuscular therapies to healthcare providers across an assigned U.S. territory. The role develops referral networks, educates providers on Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatments, genetic testing, antibody assays, access, and reimbursement, and drives enrollment and sales goals. Responsibilities include consultative selling, account planning, weekly in-person provider meetings, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, and maintaining advanced knowledge of the rare-disease treatment environment. The position requires living within the assigned geography and traveling up to 70%.

Provides technical leadership for AOC and AAV drug substance process development, optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, and external manufacturing oversight. Responsibilities include HPLC-based analysis, control strategy development, troubleshooting, GMP readiness, batch and deviation review, process comparability, technical documentation, and CMC regulatory support. The role partners with internal teams and CDMOs/CMOs to advance complex biologics from development through late-stage clinical or commercial production.
