Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs for new product implementation in cable/telecom. Coordinate engineering, operations, product, and executive stakeholders; create integrated plans, executive presentations, risk mitigations, and performance reporting to drive deployments from concept to production.

Support enterprise financial operations including revenue recognition, account reconciliations, billing/invoicing, payments, vendor and purchasing management. Drive P2P implementation, provide help desk support for vendor and invoicing systems, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure compliance and process improvements, and maintain documentation and reporting in enterprise ERP platforms.

Lead multiple concurrent organizational change initiatives across business and technology transformations. Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, training, and user adoption. Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for enterprise system implementations and process improvements in environmental or industrial services. Create executive-ready materials and e-learning content for measurable adoption outcomes in a full-time, 6-month remote consulting engagement.
