Manage employee relations, investigations, leave-of-absence tracking, offboarding, exit interviews, workforce trend analysis, HR policies, state compliance projects, and corporate communications. Partner with managers to provide consistent employee support, improve engagement and retention, and deliver a high-quality employee experience.

Serve as the primary employee relations contact, handling investigations, exit surveys, interviews, employee questions, and offboarding. Partner with managers to provide consistent employee support, analyze workforce trends, recommend engagement and retention actions, maintain compliant company policies, craft corporate communications, and advise employees on benefits, perks, and processes.

Lead and mature the company’s privacy program, including policies, processes, education, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA compliance. Negotiate and manage complex SaaS, software licensing, vendor, procurement, AI, data processing, and commercial agreements. Advise on privacy, AI, technology, intellectual property, sourcing, integrations, and partnerships while collaborating with Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, Product, and Finance. Support end-of-quarter deal velocity and assist with adjacent employment and legal operations matters.
