Leads the design and delivery of complex building HVAC and thermal energy systems. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, quality oversight, and multidisciplinary coordination while designing heating, cooling, ventilation, controls, and energy distribution systems. Performs HVAC load calculations, develops automation strategies, supports sustainable building certifications and infrastructure planning, and collaborates with clients, architects, utilities, and contractors. The role also includes client presentations and managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Leads the design and delivery of complex building electrical systems, including power distribution, generation, UPS, photovoltaic, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, and protection systems. Oversees power system studies, develops electrical master plans, mentors design teams, supports renewable energy integration and sustainable certifications, and coordinates with clients, architects, utilities, and contractors. Participates in client presentations and manages multiple projects and stakeholders.

Manage complex multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, contracts, change management, client communication, billing, and project reporting. Coordinate engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; lead meetings, site visits, preliminary design, and presentations. Support staff development, process improvements, proposals, and business development while ensuring project goals and client expectations are met.
