The Business Development Manager will drive new business sales in GRC solutions, manage the sales process, maintain accurate pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams. They will also represent the company at industry events and work towards establishing strong customer relationships.

Design and develop learner-centric Ethics & Compliance curricula and materials, lead client discovery, collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, apply AI and proprietary authoring tools, manage multiple projects and vendors, and measure learning impact using analytics.

Lead product strategy and discovery for B2B SaaS ethics and compliance learning products. Prioritize roadmap using data-driven frameworks, partner with engineering and design to deliver solutions, champion Agile and AI prototyping, coordinate go-to-market and sales enablement, and represent the product with clients through demos and webinars.
