Leads human resources for a senior living community while overseeing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and business office operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, HRIS records, benefits, leave administration, payroll reporting, financial documentation, and Concierge team leadership. Partners with community leaders on workforce planning, succession, staffing, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with daily activities, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating interdisciplinary care, supervising resident assistants, and reporting community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services.

Supports HR administration for a senior living community by completing pre-employment checks, preparing new-hire orientations, maintaining training records and personnel files, and distributing 401(k) materials. The role requires Spanish bilingual communication and attention to corporate and state employment requirements.
