Post jobs, research prospects, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, document profiles in Notion, and maintain accurate records in Notion and Breezy ATS. Serve as candidates’ primary contact, provide timely communication, and collaborate with regional managers and hiring specialists to route strong candidates into active searches.

Recruit candidates and manage family-specific hiring searches, including sourcing, job postings, resume screening, interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications. Own a geographic territory by building and nurturing candidate supply. Support client outreach, sales, onboarding, check-ins, pipeline tracking, CRM updates, website content, and process administration while delivering a positive experience for families and candidates.
