The Business Development Representative engages prospects, builds relationships, generates leads, collaborates with Account Executives, and contributes to sales growth.

Executes trade show and event programs across multiple brands, including logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture, budgets, collateral, and post-event reporting. Manages organic social media calendars, copy, design, short-form video, community engagement, paid social support, and monthly performance reporting. Also coordinates event email campaigns and sales handoffs. Requires strong organization, writing, project management, graphic design, and budget-reporting skills, with approximately 25% travel.

Build and manage broker and independent agent relationships for commercial P&C lines. Recruit and onboard producers, train them on the SafeLease portal, drive submission-to-bind pipeline, partner with underwriters, and grow/retain broker-sourced premium while serving as primary account contact and product advocate.
