The Operations Supervisor oversees operations and staff on a shift, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving financial and operational targets through labor management, quality control, and effective communication.

Design and deliver reusable supply-chain analytics products and persona-based dashboards using the modern data stack. Partner with operations and customers to prioritize requests, leverage AI to accelerate analysis, and tie insights to measurable business outcomes. Support data maturity, integration, and agile product delivery.

Lead financial analysis, planning, and reporting for assigned segments. Manage monthly close, P&L review, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and forecasts. Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Sales, present results to leadership, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and perform audits to ensure controls.
