Provide technical and customer support for downstream fueling facilities: troubleshoot and repair fueling systems, manage work orders and compliance, approve repair quotes, support capital projects, develop SOPs/BMPs, monitor KPIs, and communicate with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Lead and supervise continuous improvement, industrial engineering and quality teams across multiple supply chain operations. Drive CI strategy, lean deployment (VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S), data-driven engineering and automation projects, training, KPI scorecards, QMS oversight, and cross-functional change to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

Design and develop eLearning and other instructional resources (video, microlearning, QRGs) for enterprise audiences. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities for the ChoiceLease product line. Consolidate and analyze financial data, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, produce ad-hoc reports, present results to senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations to support planning and decision-making.

Lead startup deployments for Dedicated Transportation Solutions, training drivers and managers, ensuring operational consistency, creating processes, answering management-level questions, and supporting system testing and design. Requires extensive travel and temporary on-site assignment during startup periods.
