Maintain and grow the Pharmacy Network Audit program, manage internal and vendor audits to detect and recover Fraud Waste Abuse (FWA), analyze claims data using BI tools, draft and communicate findings to stakeholders, produce performance reports, maintain audit documentation and SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Provide on-site and remote IT support as the primary Boston office resource, own complex support tickets, administer endpoints, identity, cloud and networking tasks, write automation scripts (PowerShell/Python), leverage AI tools for automation and documentation, maintain security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, ISO27001), and contribute to infrastructure and process improvements.

The Formulary Operations Analyst supports formulary configuration and maintenance, ensures alignment with clinical goals, and performs audits to validate accuracy. They collaborate with clients, analyze data, and drive process improvements.
