Provides senior-level on-site and remote IT support for Boston employees, including endpoint provisioning, executive support, ticket escalation, identity and access management, cloud administration, networking, conferencing systems, asset management, and physical access control. Develops PowerShell and Python automation, applies AI tools to IT workflows and documentation, supports compliance requirements, maintains knowledge resources, and contributes to infrastructure and process improvement initiatives.

Owns the end-to-end data platform, including Snowflake infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, Airflow orchestration, dbt transformations, governed gold-layer models, and metric definitions. Ensures reliability, performance, testing, documentation, governance, and CI/CD standards. Builds data systems from scratch, partners with analytics stakeholders, and uses AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering work. Requires strong SQL, platform ownership, software engineering practices, and experience with Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.

Own end-to-end data architecture, including ingestion, ETL, transformation, extracts, reporting, and dashboards. Lead DevOps and infrastructure for AI engineering systems, establish platform standards, and build reliable production infrastructure. Write and ship code, mentor engineers, and hire and lead a growing data and platform team. Partner with leadership to align architecture and platform investments with product, research, and business priorities.

Leads pharmacy partner relations, retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across retail, mail, and specialty pharmacy accounts. Establishes scalable engagement models, strengthens executive relationships, promotes RxSense solutions, identifies account expansion opportunities, and leads account and relationship managers. Partners cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, underwriting, pricing, and contracting teams while channeling partner feedback into the product roadmap.

Architect and build AI-native production systems across a multi-language stack, design offline and online evaluation frameworks for LLMs, monitor live model behavior and drift, lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and prototype and ship AI capabilities while ensuring reliability and correctness in a regulated domain.
