The Director of Sales will lead the expansion efforts in the private hauler sector, develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth through relationship building and optimizing sales processes.

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, developing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet customer needs.

Design, configure, and deploy Routeware waste-management solutions. Work with clients on route optimization, GPS/telematics, integrations (ERP/billing/fleet), training, demos, and ongoing technical support while informing product improvements.
