Submit invoices, track payments, reconcile accounts, resolve denials and disputes, file appeals, and maintain timely collections. Ensure documentation, coding, HCPCS modifiers, authorization units, and payer requirements are accurate and compliant. The role also manages payer communications, billing processes, network provider invoices, and Medicaid, Medicare, dual-eligible, ILOS, HCBS, and LTSS waiver billing requirements.
