Own the post-onboarding customer lifecycle by driving product adoption, retention, and growth. Build success plans, train clients, provide strategic account guidance, monitor customer health, conduct business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues, communicate customer feedback, and ensure clients achieve their business goals using the shop management platform.

Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for tire and repair shop customers. Generate and close inbound leads, conduct product demos, maintain CRM records, identify customer needs, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams. The role requires SaaS sales experience, HubSpot proficiency, strong communication, data analysis, organization, and adaptability. This is an office-based position in Boston four days per week.

Lead implementations for charter school customers, manage project plans and deliverables, provide post-launch support and training, perform data cleaning and analysis, support business development and account expansion, and contribute to general startup operational tasks.
