Design, build, and test APIs and services for RoadieXD; develop internal and customer-facing React tools; partner with Product and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable features; influence architecture, write maintainable code, and improve system performance and developer experience.

Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and launches for the driver app. Create messaging, content, and integrated marketing plans; optimize Braze Canvas flows for segmentation and experimentation; analyze adoption, engagement, and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmaps and leadership recommendations.

Lead and manage trainers to deliver consistent CX training across internal and BPO sites. Own delivery operations, coach and calibrate facilitators, analyze training metrics, partner with Instructional Design, manage vendor relationships, and conduct site audits to ensure readiness.

Own roadmap and backlog for internal billing and sender payment platforms. Partner with Finance, Sales, Data Science, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into prioritized product requirements, deliver scalable payment solutions, build reporting and instrumentation to monitor billing accuracy and platform health, and improve internal workflows to reduce manual effort.

Create, audit, and maintain internal and external CX content and knowledge bases (Salesforce preferred). Translate processes into user-friendly guides, manage content requests, develop team macros, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and CX leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, brand-aligned customer support resources.
