Provides outpatient psychiatric care through telehealth, including evidence-based psychotherapy, medication management, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and concurrent documentation. Develops personalized care plans for approximately 50 patients weekly, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supports peers and supervisors, and may contribute to clinical training, quality improvement, and future supervisory leadership.
