Analyzes and documents end-to-end business processes and operating models for acquisitions and change initiatives. Leads impact analysis, UAT alignment, process improvement, KPI development, stakeholder workshops, and business requirements documentation. Maintains process repositories and standardized operating model templates while supporting business transformation and coaching junior analysts.

Supports financial reporting, planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making for a global reinsurance business. Builds financial models, dashboards, reports, and management packages; analyzes trends, risks, expenses, and business drivers; collaborates with Finance, Claims, and business teams; communicates recommendations; and improves reporting processes, controls, automation, workflows, and documentation.

Analyzes claims portfolio data to identify trends, forecast losses and reserves, monitor performance, and explain variances. Develops reporting tools, dashboards, and data models while ensuring data integrity and compliance with claims policies. Partners with Claims, Finance, Actuarial, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders to support portfolio reviews, resolve reporting gaps, improve processes, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
