The Senior Data Analytics Manager leads analytical initiatives for Student Success Center operations, translating operational needs into data-driven insights to enhance agent performance and student outcomes through frameworks and dashboards.

Lead product strategy and delivery for a segment of the student journey, building AI/ML-powered personalization, predictive models, and experiments. Partner with engineering, data science, and design to ship scalable, responsible AI features that improve enrollment funnel outcomes and operational efficiency while embedding transparency, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce-centric architecture and integrations across cloud platforms (.NET, Azure, AWS). Design scalable, secure solutions, oversee data migrations, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on development and operational troubleshooting.
