Provide commercial contract drafting, review, negotiation, and closing (MSAs, SOWs, amendments, licensing, vendor agreements). Partner with Sales, Finance, IP, Compliance, and delivery teams to close transactions efficiently and advise on legal issues including AI and technology matters as needed.

The Customer Engagement Programs Director is responsible for designing and managing global customer success programs to drive retention and executive engagement. The role facilitates account managers with resources and develops internal and external communications to enhance client relationships.

Hands-on individual contributor who leads complex, cross-functional global projects from activation through post-implementation review. Establishes Agile project playbooks, manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance and change management, and serves as SME/stakeholder to ensure deliverables meet quality standards while driving on-time, on-budget outcomes.
