Teams at Rightway

Own and extend Rightway’s commercial systems, especially Salesforce, by building Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, automations, and AI-powered tools. Improve commercial data quality, connect systems to the central data warehouse, and deliver solutions for sales and client success teams. The role is the first dedicated commercial systems engineer, with potential to mentor and manage future team members.

Supports cross-functional PBM operations projects, client and plan implementations, audits, go-live activities, CMS reporting, data validation, and process improvements. Tracks timelines, deliverables, risks, and operational readiness while coordinating with Clinical, Client Services, IT, Compliance, and other stakeholders. Maintains SOPs and process documentation, reconciles reporting data, and helps resolve discrepancies. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without direct authority.

Supports pharmacy benefit management operations by monitoring eligibility, accumulator, and claims data feeds; coordinating file processing and delivery; troubleshooting discrepancies; monitoring vendor integrations; and maintaining process documentation and controls. Collaborates with engineering, client success, implementation, benefit administration, health plans, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, timely data operations, with additional hours possible during peak enrollment and renewal periods.
