Collaborates with engineering, client success, implementation, benefit administration, health plans, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, timely data operations, with additional hours possible during peak enrollment and renewal periods.

Build and maintain scalable dbt-based data models and analytics-ready datasets for pharmacy benefit management and care navigation. Translate healthcare workflows into auditable data products, implement data quality testing and reconciliation, optimize warehouse performance, and establish documentation, lineage, governance, CI/CD, and observability practices. Collaborate with technical and business teams to support reporting, financial analysis, self-service BI, and future AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Leads strategic partnership and channel growth for a healthcare benefits company. Responsibilities include identifying and developing aggregator relationships, managing commercial processes from discovery through contracting, negotiating pricing, overseeing partnership managers, collaborating on partner implementation and account growth, informing product strategy, and maintaining Salesforce pipeline visibility. The role requires extensive healthcare or benefits consulting experience, PBM expertise, strong commercial leadership, and travel as needed.

Lead architecture and delivery across Rails backends and React frontends, build Node.js and NestJS platform integrations, establish testing and code-quality standards, mentor engineers, review code, and improve reliability, performance, and developer experience. The role requires technical ownership across multiple backend technologies and leadership in AI-assisted development practices.

Own client-facing technical implementation and support across SSO, file transformations, provider networks, engagement platforms, and eligibility workflows. Serve as a subject-matter expert for Rightway's Navigation and Unity solutions during client engagements. Support RFPs, pitches, demos, workshops, and enablement; translate client needs into actionable solutions; collaborate across product, delivery, marketing, and sales to drive implementation, optimization, and commercial outcomes.
