Oversee daily operations of a solo-person office services site, including mail, copying, scanning, courier, hospitality, shipping, and reception services. Operate office and imaging equipment, manage supplies and vendors, complete work orders and reports, coordinate conference rooms and A/V resources, interact with customers and facility personnel, collect operational data, and meet service-level and financial goals.

Sells Ricoh’s hardware, software, and professional services portfolio to enterprise accounts within an assigned territory. Develops account strategies, wins new business, expands existing accounts, presents proposals and demonstrations, negotiates solutions, manages customer relationships, and meets gross profit targets. The role requires expertise in digital printing, complex technology solutions, capital equipment sales, and business-to-business selling, with daily customer site visits and possible overnight travel.

Provides on-site operational and customer support across high-volume printing, copying, sorting, and mailing services. Operates and troubleshoots equipment, manages job requests, coordinates service calls, maintains records and inventory, calculates service charges, and supports timely job completion. Additional duties include meeting room setup, light maintenance, reception coverage, and adherence to equipment and workplace safety protocols.
