Build and grow RH’s interior design trade business by cultivating client relationships, qualifying and educating design professionals, conducting consultations and site visits, supporting design development, coordinating services and installations, and providing elevated product expertise. The role represents the luxury RH brand, maintains gallery quality standards, and delivers polished, high-end service while supporting trade clients and internal teams.

Directs commercial contracting across procurement, suppliers, technology, marketing, logistics, hospitality, and other business functions. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business leaders on legal risks, leads contract lifecycle management strategy, develops templates and playbooks, introduces AI-enabled legal workflows, analyzes contracting metrics, mentors paralegals, and partners with Legal leadership.

Lead strategic relationships and regional sales growth for luxury Hospitality and Residential FF&E accounts. Own full project lifecycle from specification to fulfillment, generate forecasts, pursue new customers and projects, collaborate with design/sourcing/operations, attend industry events, and log activities in CRM to meet sales and margin targets.
