Supports corporate strategy and M&A initiatives through market analysis, long-range planning, executive presentations, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and strategic business case development. Partners with corporate and business unit leaders on company-wide priorities and ad hoc projects. The role requires strong storytelling, financial analysis, teamwork, and at least three years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, investor relations, or strategic marketing.

Advise Revvity on SEC reporting, securities compliance, corporate governance, NYSE requirements, board matters, subsidiary management, M&A, and debt capital markets transactions. Prepare SEC filings and Section 16 reports, negotiate credit and debt documents, support ratings agency relationships, and collaborate with finance, treasury, tax, investor relations, and executive leadership. The role requires at least five years of corporate and securities law experience and is hybrid in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Leads ViaCord’s sales enablement function by developing strategy, onboarding, training, coaching, sales methodology, content, certifications, and performance programs. Partners with sales, marketing, customer experience, finance, quality, and other teams to improve sales productivity, CRM adoption, conversion, new-hire readiness, and customer experience. Uses performance data to measure effectiveness and supports launches, process improvements, and change management.
