Revvity Benefits Overview

Leads tax transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation, process automation, AI-enabled tax operations, reporting improvements, control frameworks, and compliance readiness. Translates tax requirements into business, data, process, and technology solutions while coordinating Tax, Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders. Develops workflows and documentation, improves data quality, and manages project timelines and adoption of new tools.

Supports corporate strategy and M&A initiatives through market analysis, long-range planning, executive presentations, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and strategic business case development. Partners with corporate and business unit leaders on company-wide priorities and ad hoc projects. The role requires strong storytelling, financial analysis, teamwork, and at least three years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, investor relations, or strategic marketing.

Advise Revvity on SEC reporting, securities compliance, corporate governance, NYSE requirements, board matters, subsidiary management, M&A, and debt capital markets transactions. Prepare SEC filings and Section 16 reports, negotiate credit and debt documents, support ratings agency relationships, and collaborate with finance, treasury, tax, investor relations, and executive leadership. The role requires at least five years of corporate and securities law experience and is hybrid in Waltham, Massachusetts.
