Lead FP&A activities including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cash flow projections, and cost analysis. Partner with leadership on strategic decisions, business performance, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives. Develop multi-year financial models, dashboards, and executive presentations while managing financial metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, backlog, and cash flow. Support cost accounting and control systems in a complex government-contractor environment.

Provide frontline IT support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, connectivity, and user access issues. Manage workstation provisioning, imaging, asset tagging, hardware inventory, software licensing, new-hire setup, Entra ID administration, SharePoint support, and warranty repairs. Maintain compliance documentation for CMMC Level 2 and participate in an on-call rotation. The role is fully onsite and requires independent ownership of support processes in a secure, regulated environment.

Quality Engineer responsible for investigating production, supplier, and customer quality issues; conducting audits; analyzing quality KPIs; maintaining ISO 9001 and AS9100 systems; managing supplier quality and PPAP submissions; executing corrective actions; improving manufacturing processes; and performing product testing and inspections. The role is remote, prefers candidates in the Eastern Time Zone or DMV area, and requires travel exceeding 50%.
