Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for RC Capital: qualify leads, onboard customers, manage accounts, resolve disputes and operational/risk issues, and run marketing and automation initiatives to improve funnel performance and reduce manual work.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and other teams to turn business questions into actionable analysis. Own end-to-end analytics: build datasets and dashboards (dbt, LookML), maintain metric definitions and caveats, use and curate agent tooling for trustworthy answers, and contribute small data platform and pipeline improvements.

Lead and transform the Customer Success function into a commercially‑focused, scalable operation. Build account tiers, playbooks, handoffs, coaching, metrics, and enablement to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion while personally supporting top accounts and coaching the CSM team.
