Manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline from initial candidate conversations through later interview stages. Conduct at least 30 candidate intro calls weekly, evaluate qualifications and fit, maintain organized pipeline records, partner with hiring managers, communicate consistently with stakeholders, identify pipeline gaps, and improve the candidate experience. This full-time 1099 contract role supports technical or go-to-market recruiting and requires Pacific Time availability.

Deploy and scale AI voice agents for enterprise customers. Build conversation flows and integrations, debug APIs, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, latency, and production issues, and work in customer codebases when needed. Partner with Product and Engineering to address product gaps, support customer growth, and launch new use cases. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, strong technical problem-solving, customer communication skills, and Pacific Time overlap.

Support enterprise customers deploying and scaling AI voice agents.
