Identify and prospect leads, sell Republic Services' waste and recycling solutions within an assigned territory. Conduct cold calls and presentations, follow up with decision-makers, document activity in Salesforce, meet revenue targets, attend events, complete customer agreements, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to retain and grow accounts.

Maintains and retains existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers through outbound and inbound communications. Renews contracts, responds to cancellations, supports pricing initiatives, documents activities in Salesforce, captures customer information, minimizes credits, and cross-sells the company’s full range of services. Reviews retention performance and relationship activities with the Sales Manager.

Leads quality assurance for web, mobile, and application portfolios by designing test strategies, architectures, plans, and automated frameworks. Develops and maintains automated functional, integration, regression, performance, load, and API tests using JavaScript and related technologies. Coaches test engineers, reviews requirements and pull requests, tracks defects, reports quality metrics, supports user acceptance testing, and collaborates with Agile development teams through continuous delivery releases.
