Coaches test engineers, reviews requirements and pull requests, tracks defects, reports quality metrics, supports user acceptance testing, and collaborates with Agile development teams through continuous delivery releases.

Supervises billing staff and ensures accurate, timely invoicing, billing adjustments, cash receipt posting, and resolution of discrepancies. Establishes and enforces billing procedures, reviews performance and system reports, supports credit, collections, customer service, and operations, and handles complex or non-routine billing matters. Coaches and trains employees, manages workflow and coverage, and ensures compliance with company policies and service standards.

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and applicant tracking. The role builds relationships with hiring managers, HR, community organizations, universities, and professional networks while developing creative sourcing strategies. Responsibilities also include maintaining positive candidate experiences, coordinating recruiting events, ensuring compliance with employment policies and laws, and supporting multiple recruiting assignments independently and collaboratively.

Prepares federal and state income tax returns, consolidated book-tax differences, audit support, and responses to tax notices. Supports tax research, forecasting, fixed asset accounting, state apportionment, and other corporate tax projects. The role requires corporate tax or public accounting experience and familiarity with tax preparation and research software. It is primarily remote but limited to candidates within commuting distance of Phoenix, Arizona, with occasional in-person attendance.

Processes and audits accurate payroll for unionized, multi-state employees covered by numerous collective bargaining agreements. Calculates and reports union benefits, pension, 401K, dues, deductions, overtime premiums, retroactive pay, and special payments. Interprets CBAs, prepares payroll reports, maintains confidential payroll data, collaborates with HR and payroll teams, and supports payroll system testing, configuration, and knowledge transfer.

Lead enterprise business architecture efforts by modeling current and target states, identifying gaps and risks, creating capability maps and roadmaps, translating business needs into requirements, and guiding cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, people, data, and technology for strategic transformation.
