The Tax Manager oversees income tax provision, financial statement disclosures, U.S. and international tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax planning, indirect tax filings, and SOX controls. Responsibilities include tax return preparation, reconciliations, audit and notice resolution, tax research, monitoring legislative changes, process improvement, consultant management, and providing tax guidance across the organization.

Lead the ITGC and IT internal audit program, advise IT and business owners on SOX and automated controls, coordinate audits with external auditors, assess IT control risks across applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity, oversee remediation, embed controls into implementations and SDLC, develop compliance processes and dashboards, and coach/review team members and consultants.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise identity, authentication, access governance, and PKI services. Serve as technical owner for Microsoft Entra ID, lead SSO and authentication integrations, manage PIM and RBAC, automate JML processes, run entitlement and access reviews, maintain certificate services, build automation and reporting, support compliance and incident response, and provide mentorship to IT and application teams.
