The Senior Alliances Manager will lead Reltio's global partnership with AWS and strategic ISVs, define partnership strategies, enhance co-sell activities, drive ecosystem initiatives, and manage complex deals while influencing executive stakeholders.

Define and socialize end-to-end architecture for a multi-tenant, cloud-native data SaaS platform. Lead designs for streaming, low-latency query, multi-cloud deployments, service meshes, security/compliance, SRE practices, and AI/agent integration. Mentor senior engineers, run architecture reviews, and influence executives and customers to deliver secure, reliable, cost-efficient platform roadmaps.

Customer Engineer provides technical support to customers and partners, resolving issues and enhancing product usage through collaboration and expertise.
