Develop and expand Laravel/PHP backend and Vue.js frontend applications for Relocity’s global mobility platform. Responsibilities include architecture, implementation, testing, code reviews, debugging, documentation, REST API development, database optimization, and troubleshooting. The engineer will own complex technical problems, collaborate with Product and Design, apply product and user-experience thinking, and use AI-enabled development tools to accelerate software delivery.

Lead Relocity’s B2B marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, content, sales enablement, campaigns, and competitive analysis. Create presentations, case studies, one-pagers, playbooks, and thought leadership that support Sales and growth. Partner with leadership, measure marketing performance, and refine initiatives using market feedback and analytics. The role requires strategic leadership combined with hands-on writing, storytelling, content creation, and execution across multiple customer segments.

Provides operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS maintenance, compliance, employee inquiries, reporting, documentation, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and recognition initiatives across global markets.
