Provide corporate legal counsel on SEC/NASDAQ compliance, corporate governance, financings, public disclosure, and equity plan matters. Support clinical development by drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and consent forms, collaborate with investor relations, oversee compliance policies, and assist with stockholder meetings and corporate governance initiatives.

Lead analytical strategy for small‑molecule drug substance characterization across development stages. Oversee method development, validation/transfer, QC oversight at internal and external labs, introduce new analytical technologies, review/approve protocols and data, manage multiple projects, and partner with CMC, QA, and Regulatory to ensure regulatory readiness and support filings.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for Research and G&A groups, coach leaders, drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent programs. Lead execution of performance management, succession planning, engagement surveys, employee development, and change initiatives while partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to scale people programs and improve employee experience.
