Serves as chief academic officer, leading deans, faculty, academic programs, library, registrar, advising, partnerships, and career development. Sets academic strategy, optimizes the program portfolio, advances online and AI-enabled learning, strengthens student success and career outcomes, develops faculty, manages resources, supports shared governance, and partners with university leadership, employers, health systems, and community organizations.

Teach and coordinate courses in the Pre-Licensure Nursing program with primary focus on medical-surgical nursing. Duties include curriculum development and implementation, student advising and evaluation, committee and accreditation-related work, faculty collaboration and development, participation in program meetings and professional activities, and service to the department, university, and community.

Provide direct ABA-based instruction and supervision for 4-6 children ages 2-6 with ASD, supervise graduate assistants and behavior technicians, implement discrete trial and naturalistic teaching, collect and summarize data, coordinate with classroom staff and Clinical Director, manage billing and parent communication.
