Support the Center for Inclusive Excellence by assisting with LGBTQ+ program planning, data collection and analysis, Campus Pride assessment, liaising with student orgs, facilitating events, and performing residence life on-duty duties while developing professional skills in higher education administration.

Support the men's volleyball program and athletics strength & conditioning by assisting with coaching, recruiting, video tasks, team travel, practice planning, academic enrichment, and community service. Help design and oversee strength and conditioning sessions, maintain equipment and weight room, supervise work-study students, and ensure NCAA and college compliance. Requires flexible schedule, evening/weekend availability, and required certifications.

Support Athletics facilities operations: manage facility scheduling, community memberships, budget data-entry, purchasing, deposits, maintenance work-orders, and compliance with NCAA/university rules. Supervise, train, and schedule ~50 student workers, coordinate daily opening/closing, attend facilities and department meetings, participate in on-call rotations, and assist with customer service and fiscal controls.

Lead and manage the Associate's Degree nursing program: oversee curriculum, faculty and clinical placements; teach and advise students; coordinate accreditation, assessment, recruitment, scheduling, and program development; participate in college governance and professional development.

Duties include on-campus information sessions and tours, mentoring Pride Guides, GPA recalculations, event support, occasional recruitment travel, and serving on-campus during closures. Position includes stipend, room and board, tuition remission for eligible graduate courses, and professional development.

Support the women's lacrosse program and athletics department across coaching, recruiting, team travel, practice planning, equipment management, fundraising, community service, academic enrichment, and student supervision while complying with NCAA and conference rules.
