Serve as Regis College's chief marketing and communications officer, providing strategic leadership for brand, reputation, enrollment marketing, public relations, crisis and presidential communications, alumni and government relations. Manage university risk, insurance, and compliance programs including claims and policy renewals, contract review, state and federal filings (sam.gov, ORI), CORI processing, student health insurance oversight, vehicle and ERISA bond management, and administrative programs like wireless and purchasing card administration.

Enter and reconcile all gifts and constituent data in Raiser's Edge; process online gifts via Almabase; maintain matching gift records; update constituent records; run reconciliation and donor reports; support event registrations, prospect research (iWave, LiveAlumni), and advancement staff; supervise work-study support.

Support alumni relations and annual giving through event coordination, budget tracking, solicitation development, donor cultivation and stewardship. Manage alumni communications, volunteers, Reunion Weekend logistics, student worker supervision, and GOLD/Senior Class Gift fundraising programs. Collaborate with Institutional Advancement on outreach, direct mail/e-marketing, and post-event reconciliation.

12-month, 30-hour/week graduate internship supporting undergraduate recruitment. Duties include on-campus information sessions and tours, mentoring Pride Guides, GPA recalculations, assisting with events and limited recruitment travel, and serving on emergency on-call and event support teams. Requires occasional evenings/weekends and collaboration with campus offices.

Full-time Assistant Professor serving as Clinical Faculty Liaison for the Pre-Licensure Nursing program. Manage clinical site development, supervise and evaluate student clinical experiences, coordinate between faculty and clinical partners, ensure accreditation and licensure compliance, participate in curriculum development, committee work, faculty recruitment/orientation, and school administration.

Support the men's volleyball program and athletics strength & conditioning by assisting with coaching, recruiting, video tasks, team travel, practice planning, academic enrichment, and community service. Help design and oversee strength and conditioning sessions, maintain equipment and weight room, supervise work-study students, and ensure NCAA and college compliance. Requires flexible schedule, evening/weekend availability, and required certifications.

Teach and coordinate courses in the Pre-Licensure Nursing program with primary focus on medical-surgical nursing. Duties include curriculum development and implementation, student advising and evaluation, committee and accreditation-related work, faculty collaboration and development, participation in program meetings and professional activities, and service to the department, university, and community.

Support the Center for Inclusive Excellence by assisting with LGBTQ+ program planning, data collection and analysis, Campus Pride assessment, liaising with student orgs, facilitating events, and performing residence life on-duty duties while developing professional skills in higher education administration.

Provide direct ABA-based instruction and supervision for 4-6 children ages 2-6 with ASD, supervise graduate assistants and behavior technicians, implement discrete trial and naturalistic teaching, collect and summarize data, coordinate with classroom staff and Clinical Director, manage billing and parent communication.
