Partners with Operations leaders on workforce planning, talent and succession strategies, organizational design, employee relations, leadership development, change management, and retention. Coaches site HR Managers, supports transformation in a matrixed environment, ensures employment-law compliance, and uses workforce analytics to guide organizational decisions. Requires travel up to 30%.

Lead Oracle SCM EBS functional architecture and end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, with emphasis on WMS, Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping. Design organizational structures, warehouse strategies, configurations, process documentation, data migration, and RICEW solutions. Drive requirements, testing, cutover, go-live, continuous improvement, and site implementations. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage risks and change requests, support production operations, and mentor L2 teams.
