Track sales activity in CRM systems while meeting quota and supporting customer growth plans. Travel up to 20% for client events and meetings.

Partner with healthcare customers throughout technical onboarding, guiding integration strategy, training, troubleshooting, documentation, operational readiness, and go-live. Manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with internal teams on success plans and escalations, create onboarding content, and advise customers on Redox tools, healthcare integration standards, clinical workflows, and EHR systems.

Manage and complete multi-week integration projects, troubleshoot data issues, and provide strategic guidance on implementation and project progress.
