Owns end-to-end platform engineering work across AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, security, and automation. The role builds reliable foundations for human and AI-agent operations, simplifies platform tooling, improves cost visibility, manages production incidents, and contributes to platform direction through hands-on implementation, design reviews, and documentation. This is a fully remote individual contributor position requiring deep cloud-native infrastructure expertise.

Own cloud and application security across Redox’s healthcare data platform. Responsibilities include Kubernetes and container hardening, vulnerability management, secure SDLC and CI/CD safeguards, infrastructure-as-code security, secrets management, compliance control implementation, incident response, threat modeling, design reviews, mentorship, and bug bounty triage. The role also involves securing AI workflows and collaborating with engineering teams in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Manage and complete multi-week integration projects, troubleshoot data issues, and provide strategic guidance on implementation and project progress.
