As a Podcast Account Manager, you will onboard and support podcasters, ensuring satisfaction and managing campaign performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts, own renewals and growth, oversee campaign setup/optimization/reporting, translate performance into strategic recommendations, and lead/junior staff while developing repeatable processes and ensuring billing/CRM accuracy.

Support ad campaign setup and execution on the RedCircle Ad Platform, coordinate between podcasters and advertisers, provide client service, report results, gather feedback, and help advertisers/creators get the most from the platform.
