Teams at Recorded Future

Provides transactional legal support across the Americas by reviewing quotes, drafting and negotiating SaaS customer agreements, and handling MSAs, DPAs, amendments, security, and AI addenda. Partners with Sales, RevOps, Finance, procurement, vendors, and marketing; applies contracting playbooks; manages escalations; and improves legal workflows. Requires U.S. bar admission, transactional experience, SaaS contract familiarity, privacy and information-security knowledge, and hybrid availability in Boston.

Supports Technical Account Managers by helping customers realize value from cybersecurity intelligence products, handling support escalations, maintaining customer records, supporting customer lifecycle activities, and coordinating Professional Services engagements. The role develops foundational knowledge of intelligence concepts, cybersecurity tools, security frameworks, SaaS environments, and the Recorded Future platform while supporting customer accounts under detailed instruction.

Generates and qualifies new sales opportunities through inbound lead cultivation and outbound prospecting. Maintains prospect relationships, consistently logs activity in Salesforce.com, meets monthly performance goals, and collaborates with Account Executives to develop territories and strengthen the sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, business acumen, technical aptitude, discipline, and an interest in pursuing a sales career.
