Teams at Reacher

Recruit and manage YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Shop creators to produce content about Reacher. Responsibilities include creator discovery, high-volume outreach, follow-up, deal negotiation, payment and partnership operations, affiliate roster development, deliverable tracking, and coordinating with marketing to amplify creator content. The role requires strong relationship management, operational organization, familiarity with creator ecosystems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

Lead the AE team and sales operations by setting territories, managing quota visibility, building sales processes, overseeing forecasting and reporting, enforcing accountability, and hiring and ramping AEs across English-speaking markets. Partner with founders to keep sales execution focused while owning the operating system, performance coaching, pipeline hygiene, and operational cadence.

Own onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals for Pro package brand and agency accounts. Manage account health, churn prevention, payment recovery, usage analysis, customer feedback, product requests, and account documentation. Support managed-service clients and join sales demos as a platform expert. Requires strong TikTok Shop knowledge, communication, organization, and client-management skills.
