Coordinates end-to-end branded merchandise sourcing, ordering, personalization, proof approvals, vendor communication, shipping, delivery, billing, and customs documentation. Supports client proposals, provides order updates, verifies purchase order details, manages tracking and delivery confirmations, and resolves issues to meet service-level agreements. The role requires strong organization, client communication, promotional product industry experience, design software proficiency, and familiarity with procurement and CRM platforms.

Own consolidated financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across multi-entity SaaS operations. Build and maintain performance dashboards, reporting data layers (NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub), unit-economics and margin analysis, and board/lender reporting. Implement automation and AI to streamline forecasting and reporting, and partner with cross-functional data owners to ensure data integrity.
