Manage and grow an Eastern Massachusetts sales territory through prospecting, cold calling, account management, presentations, negotiation, and deal closing. Sell RB Global’s multi-channel marketplace solutions, maintain territory plans and Salesforce records, develop customer relationships, and meet sales quotas. The role requires regular regional travel, overnight trips, auction attendance, and primarily working from a home office and on the road.

Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for vehicle intake and assignment products serving insurance carriers and providers. Improve upstream user experiences, routing, cycle time, costs, and risk through prediction-driven solutions. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders; define requirements, business cases, KPIs, and priorities; research market trends and competitors; and represent carrier needs within Product Management.

Leads strategic account programs across equipment inspection, transportation, refurbishment, redeployment, and resale. Coordinates distributed teams, vendors, logistics, and operations; manages program governance, customer communications, risks, and escalations; develops reports and dashboards; tracks asset lifecycle, cycle time, recovery value, and vendor KPIs; and drives continuous improvement across multi-site programs.
