Lead and expand a global field engineering organization responsible for installing and commissioning industrial technology at customer production facilities. Prioritize projects, recover stalled enterprise rollouts, support pre-sales, recruit and mentor engineers, review capacity and metrics, and contribute field insights to product planning. The role also develops deployment services as a revenue stream and requires substantial domestic and international travel.

Lead a small engineering team building enterprise and consumer software, including user-facing features and production LLM-powered agents. Partner with leadership on product roadmap and technical direction, establish quality standards, own security and compliance readiness, and mentor engineers. The role requires full-stack development with React and Python, cloud experience, production AI feature development, and on-site work in Boston five days per week.

Develop analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks for custom silicon, owning designs from concept through layout, simulation, verification, tape-out, and laboratory characterization. Responsibilities include data converters, PLLs, oscillators, regulators, voltage references, dividers, and high-speed serial links. The engineer will perform parasitic, statistical, and process-corner simulations, create hand layouts, characterize fabricated circuits, and collaborate across engineering disciplines.
