Develop, optimize, and scale radiopharmaceutical production processes; lead radiochemistry experiments and DOE/process characterization; author CMC documentation; ensure data integrity and radiation safety; automate and qualify synthesis/dispensing systems; mentor junior scientists and collaborate cross-functionally to advance programs through CMC and regulatory milestones.

Develop and optimize radiopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing processes and lead tech transfer to internal and external CDMO sites. Design process qualification/validation, author GMP documentation and regulatory sections, support investigations and corrective actions, train manufacturing personnel, ensure GMP/GLP compliance and inspection readiness. Occasional travel (~10%) for transfer and troubleshooting.
