Develops and closes new business for RapidAI’s healthcare AI platform across an assigned South Atlantic/Central region. The role involves prospecting hospital systems, building stakeholder advocacy, achieving sales targets, developing account and territory strategies, managing pipeline opportunities, and presenting to C-level decision-makers. Candidates need 5+ years of complex medical or SaaS sales experience, healthcare technology sales experience, Salesforce proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel regularly.

Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, prototyping, and safe release of RapidAI’s mobile and web applications used by acute-care clinicians. Partner with clinicians, design, engineering, quality, regulatory, and clinical teams to improve care workflows, notification reliability, AI-assisted capabilities, and reusable product patterns. Define measurable outcomes, validate prototypes, write testable requirements, support risk and verification processes, and mentor product managers in AI-first practices.

Lead end-to-end product design across mobile, web, and desktop applications for clinical care teams. Translate complex clinical data and AI outputs into intuitive, reliable interfaces. Conduct research and usability testing with healthcare professionals, maintain the Figma-based design system, create prototypes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical AI/ML teams. Occasional travel is required for on-site clinical validation.
