Research DoD and Air Force accounts, initiate outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), secure introductory meetings, maintain CRM records, follow up to qualify pipeline, and collaborate with senior BD, capture, and technical teams. Travel to meetings and events as needed.

Lead solutions architecture for secure ServiceNow integrations with enterprise, clinical, and operational systems. Design APIs, Integration Hub spokes, mobile and disconnected-operation patterns, synchronization, and data reconciliation. Establish engineering standards, guide integration engineers, review releases, resolve technical dependencies, and represent the team in customer, architecture, and security reviews. The role requires extensive solutions architecture experience, ServiceNow certifications, DoD 8140 compliance, and an active Secret clearance.

Own and evolve a secure, cloud-native internal developer platform for a federal health mission. Responsibilities include Terraform and GitOps foundations, multi-tenant Kubernetes on AWS GovCloud, self-service onboarding, MLOps/AIOps, data lakehouse enablement, observability, security automation, compliance artifacts, documentation, and stakeholder partnership. The role requires senior ownership of production platforms and offers opportunities for technical leadership.
